Description: Why are rules and agreements needed for image exchange? This session will answer this question and review the rules for the predominant image exchange model under the ECCHO Operating Rules. It will focus on the private sector image exchange channel and examine private sector agreements, with most of the time dedicated to the ECCHO Operating Rules and Commentary. Some comparisons will be drawn to exchanges through the Federal Reserve Bank under Operating Circular 3.
