Description: This session provides definitions and warranties related to electronic checks and discusses the RDC and ECI Indemnities found in Regulation CC. The discussion includes electronic checks and electronic returned checks within Regulation CC and what that means for the image exchange process. Brief scenarios are included for attendees to apply their knowledge of key warranties and understand how breach of warranty situations may occur.
