Whether you're a newcomer to ACH Operations, step in as backup during your coworkers’ vacations, or simply interested in gaining a deeper understanding of ACH processing, this workshop will equip you with a thorough understanding of your role and responsibilities as a Receiving Depository Financial Institution (RDFI). During this full-day event, we've designed sessions that cover essential topics, including Notifications of Change, managing Returns and Extended Returns, handling Written Statements of Unauthorized Debit, and insights into the handling of Federal Government Payments, including the requirements set forth in the Green Book.
