Now that you have identified and registered with NACHA that you have one or many Third-Party Senders (TPS), you must ensure they are performing an annual ACH audit. As an ODFI you carry all the warranties within the Rules, including that your Third-Party Senders are in compliance with the Rules. It is important that you have proof from your TPS that they have completed their annual ACH audit.
