Let's talk about ACH rule changes! Enforcement for the Third-Party Sender Roles & Responsibilities rules begin soon. Are your Third-Party Senders aware of the changes and are they in compliance? Also, Phase 2 of the Rules surrounding Micro-Entries goes into effect in March. This phase requires originators of Micro-Entries to have a risk management program that establishes a baseline of forward and return activity, and can identify anomalies.
