Two-Day In-Person Review Workshop (Brookyln Park, MN)
UMACHA’s AAP Summer Series is a focused 10-part webinar program that takes a deep dive into key provisions of the Nacha Operating Rules. Designed to expand and reinforce foundational knowledge, these sessions are an excellent way to strengthen your understanding of ACH payments and stay current with the rules, regulations, and laws that impact the network.
This series is a great opportunity for:
Existing Accredited ACH Professionals (AAPs): Earn valuable continuing education credits while refreshing your knowledge of the Nacha Operating Rules.
Payments Professionals of all levels: Gain a stronger grasp of ACH operations, risk, compliance, and legal frameworks that support the modern ACH Network.
The AAP Summer Series is also a helpful stepping stone for individuals considering the AAP exam. However, if you plan to sit for the exam, you may benefit more from UMACHA’s full AAP Exam Prep Series, which includes additional webinars, resources, practice tools, and a comprehensive review workshop designed to help candidates prepare with confidence.
Regulation E is a straightforward concept, yet the language can be complicated. Applying the regulation to each situation many times falls in a gray area. Guest speaker Diana Kern from SHAZAM will cut to the chase and discuss best practices for resolving errors and simplify the ways to determine liability. This session will cover what actions you might take to investigate, why “unauthorized” is more complicated than ever, how to manage claims outside of the reg’s stated timeframe, and when it’s okay to question the consumer’s claim.
Can’t Attend Live?
No problem! By registering for the live webinar, you’ll receive access to the full recording so you can watch it at your convenience.

Join The Payments Professor Kevin Olsen and discover how stablecoins are reshaping the future of money movement in the U.S. financial system. This interactive, two-day virtual workshop takes participants from foundational concepts to advanced applications, covering regulatory frameworks, payment rail comparisons, risk management and real-world use cases for banks, credit unions, treasurers and Fintechs. Through a mix of case studies, hands-on exercises and collaborative discussions, attendees will learn how stablecoins intersect with FedNow®, RTP® and traditional payment rails, and how to develop a “Stablecoin Readiness Roadmap” to position their institutions for the coming wave of tokenized finance. This workshop is perfect for financial professionals, compliance officers and innovators seeking to understand both the promise and the regulatory responsibilities of stablecoin adoption.
