Event Description
The policies and procedures that your financial institution implements play a very important role in defining your guiding principles and forming the basic structure of your business operations. During this workshop, we will review several key provisions of the Nacha Operating Rules you will want to ensure are reflected within your organization’s documented ACH procedures. By ensuring that your procedures are up to date and your policies are clear, you will have the confidence to know that your customers and members will have a consistent experience and your processes comply with the Rules.
