Event Description
If you are new to ACH Operations, serve as backup when coworkers go on vacation, or just want to know more about ACH processing, this course will give you an in-depth look at your obligations, rights, and responsibilities as a Receiving Depository Financial Institution (RDFI). This all-day session provides a fun, easy-to-follow format detailing everything from when to send Notifications of Change, Returns and Extended Returns, Written Statements of Unauthorized Debits, and a glance into handling Federal Government Payments.
