Series Description: Rules vs. Reality is an engaging session that explores real-world scenarios from actual member phone calls and emails. Its goal is to shed light on practical situations that financial institutions regularly encounter, providing a platform to better understand how the Nacha Rules can be effectively applied in practice. The session also encourages audience participation, fostering discussions on making informed judgment calls while balancing the letter of the rules with the realities of financial operations.
Note: Rules vs. Reality is offered as a four-part series or as individual webinars to accommodate those who do not wish to purchase the entire series. Each session features unique scenarios.
