Webinar Description: During this session, we will discuss the legal framework of check processing – the federal regulations and state laws that prescribe the rights and responsibilities of participants, including warranties that are made. This session also explores considerations for accepting and paying checks, as well as a review of special considerations that are unique to handling checks drawn on the United States Treasury.
