Processing ACH returns is a critical component of an RDFI's responsibilities, and errors can be costly and result in an RDFI's inability to return transactions. During this session, we break down two unique return time frames: General Returns (2 Banking Days) and Extended Returns (60 Calendar Days) and the discuss the types of returns that fall into each of these time frames. This session also includes information about the ACH dispute process and how RDFIs can recover funds to avoid taking a loss.
