The Nacha Operating Rules require ACH Origination Agreements be in place between various participants, including ODFIs and Originators, ODFIs and Third-Party Senders, Third-Party Senders and Originators, Third-Party Senders and Nested Third-Party Senders, and ODFIs and Sending Points.
